So today was the event for a New York artist/painter/screen printer

and illustrator Bobby Hill held a one of my favorite stores

on Walnut street UBIQ. This was actually my first

time seeing his work and hearing about him. He has really

unique work, very innovative!

Amber Rose's new Tatt

A couple of days ago she (Amber) put this pic up

on her Twitter account, this tatt is doopppee, idc that its big .. its pretty and

it different. I have smallers flowers, but there not finish .. so by the time

I'm done with mines, it will look similar to hers (a bit smaller).

I think that as long as you don't have random Dumb

tattoos everywhere, your good. Make it look

like art, and make sure all your tatts

compliment eachother or the outcome will not result in a good look.

With that said, I love tattoos!! So for

everyone who judge others because of their body art, you

need to figure out why you like to HATE!

This ring is super flyyy!! Im inspired to make something similar, lol. Anyway, apparently its the only one in the world ... being as though Cassie's (who is wearing it in the picture) stylist made it. Its some type of metal called Bismuth and she wore it when she introduced her new video "Must be love" on 106th and Park the other day. Its really cool, and very different..I love it, I want it! You never find exclusive stuff like this in stores ..

I might have to make that a project.

I love jackets personally, all year around because its a plus to any outfit. This Perfecto jacket is the shit .. the print is crazy and adoring and runs for $2,500, yea I know .. Anyway this jacket was designed by Jeremy Scott for Schott Keith Haring. This jacket is limited of course .. as it should be.

Art & Simple Things in life

So I was surfin the web, and I stumbled upon this interesting photo. The collaboration of an artist named Takashi Murakami and well known musician/producer Pharrell Williams entitled "The Simple Things. While Takashi sculpted the monster looking piece, inside of it contained some of Pharrells favorite things, which included a Pepsi can, a bag of Dorito's and suprisingly a Magnolia cupcake, but everything I just listed was all made out of emaralds, sapphires, rubies and diamonds and took over a year to complete.

Pretty cool stuff ..

Go Green then Go Minx!

Minx Nails are the latest trend for celebs & fashion. I know not too many people know how this works. So let me explain, a flexible polymer is first heated then applied to the nail, like a press on. For a long time I've been trying to figure out what the name of the polish beyonce was using & what shade she wears, all I knew was that her nails a type of silver matallic I never seen. I finally did some researching ... and that's when I discovered the best nail process ever!

Ever since I seen my girl "B" ... (and yes I said "B") wearin the chrome nails, they started poppin up everywhere. Celebs from Pink, Cristina Aguilera, Blake Lively, Rihanna, Solange and Eve have been spotted wearing them. They are def a fashion statement, and will finish any outfit!

Oh yeah ... their also another "Going Green" alternative as opposed to nail polish & fake tips. Ladies look it up using Minx Nail Finder to find a salon that's does it near you!

First Lady Fashions for: Inauguration Ball

With Inauguration Ball coming up, everyone's been extra happy for the Obama family ... now Our Family, and I am very proud to say that! Anyway ... we all know we are in a recession, infact we may be even closer to a depression. Just know we will be fine. So with that said ... every Magazine, Talk Show Host, News Reporter and especially EVERY Designer wants to know who and what she will be wearing. Will it be one of her fav's? Maybe Maria Pinto, J. Crew, Reem Acra? No ones know's. So I was on www.wwd.com as always .. and I came across a few sketches by the designers dreaming to design Michelle Obama's gown. Personally my fav is the Diane Von Furstenburg, the yellow and white get up .. its Fabulous, and she can definitely pull it off!!! Perfect for our First Lady.

Now that was my first choice, however my second was my favorite designer Marc Jacobs also in yellow and white, this high neck figure showing gown is classic and chic. What do you think?? You can view more sketches by other designers at the wwd website (wwd.com)
