I've read about this before, but never payed it any mind. Not until the time came for me to purchase a new concealer. It is a lightweight cream powder and has SPF in it (something all women should consider). It is said to leave a smooth, blended finish no matter the weather. Not really at all cheap, but I know how ladies are when it comes to make-up .. Sounds worth trying!
